Living in the Tahoe Keys has some fabulous perks. Access to the marina, a variety of businesses and beaches conveniently located nearby, and gorgeous views located in an even more gorgeous neighborhood. Not to mention, the location within South Lake Tahoe is positioned close to all that our beautiful town has to offer. With all these perks, come some regulations. Are you familiar with the pass policies set forth by Tahoe Keys Property Owner Association? If not, read on.
The association has facilities available for property owners. These facilities include the tennis courts, spas, pools, beaches and parks. Not only do owners need to have a valid and current pass on them while using these facilities, but renters do as well. Furthermore, the pass needs to be presented to the pool attendant upon entrance.
A maximum of four passes will be issued to each property owners immediate family members 14 years of age and older. Anyone under 14 will not be issued a pass and will need to accompany an adult 18 years or older that has a current and valid pass.
In the event that a property is part of corporation, partnership or has multiple families involved in the ownership, up to 4 passes will be given to the names of the owners or partners listed on the application.
Passes can be purchased at $100 each annually, per the amount of bedrooms for vacation rental properties. Dual use of both renters and owners of the facilities is eliminated. Pass holders are allowed up to 3 guests per pass and accompany these guests while using the facilities.
