The median sold price for homes for sale in Tahoe Keys is currently at $797,750. This number is up 14% from this time last year. These numbers have also been steadily climbing through the summer. The amount of Tahoe Keys homes for sale that are available is down 29.7%. While most of this report is good news for sellers, buyers get some good news in that new listings in this area are up 15%. The amount of closed sales is up 66.2% and the amount of pending properties is up 67.1%. The average days on market is at 117 currently.
